Paying for Your Ride
A fixed price agreed before you travel, then pay the way that suits you — cash, card, bank transfer or a monthly invoice. No deposits, no surge, no surprises at the kerb.
You never pay to hold a booking. We agree the route, the ride type and the time on WhatsApp, send you the final price, and you pay once that is settled — on the day for a single ride, or on an agreed cycle if you travel with us every week.
There is no checkout on this website and no payment page. Nothing on this site will ever ask you for a card number. If a page or a message claiming to be us does, it is not us — see Staying safe when you pay.
What we accept
- Cash in dirhams. Paid to the driver at the end of the ride. Bring it close to the agreed fare where you can — drivers do not carry a float for large notes.
- Credit and debit cards. Visa and Mastercard. Tell us when you book so the driver arrives with a card machine, or so we can send you a transfer request instead.
- Digital wallets. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay, wherever the card machine is in use.
- Bank transfer. We send our account details in the same WhatsApp thread as your booking. Useful if you would rather settle before you travel.
- Corporate invoice. Companies and monthly riders are billed on an agreed cycle rather than per trip, so your finance team gets one clean document instead of a stack of receipts.
We confirm which of these applies to your particular ride when we send the price. Not every option suits every trip — a 4am airport run and a monthly corporate account are not settled the same way.
What the price includes
The fare we quote is the fare you pay. Fuel and toll gates — Salik and Darb — are included in every quoted price. So is the driver’s waiting time within the agreed pickup window, and the luggage allowance for the vehicle class you booked.
There is no surge pricing. A ride at 6pm on a Thursday costs what the same ride costs at 11am on a Tuesday. Every standard rate is published on the route page for your journey, and the ride types are compared on the services page.
Things that are not included, and which we will always tell you about before you agree: extra stops you add after the route is set, waiting well beyond the agreed time, and parking or entry charges at a venue that levies them.
When you pay
- Single rides. On the day, at the end of the journey — or by transfer beforehand if you prefer.
- Monthly packages. In advance for the month ahead, which is what makes the monthly rate lower than the daily one.
- Corporate accounts. By invoice, on the cycle we agree with you when the account is set up.
- Group and event bookings. Usually part in advance, part on the day. We put it in writing before anything is due.
Receipts and invoices
Ask and you get one — for a single ride, a month, or a whole quarter. Corporate and monthly accounts are invoiced as a matter of course. If you need a particular reference, cost centre or company name on the document for an expense claim, tell us before the invoice is raised and we will put it on.
Staying safe when you pay
Most fraud in this market is not clever. It is someone impersonating a transport company in a chat. A few habits make that difficult:
- We never ask for your card number, CVV or PIN — not on WhatsApp, not by email, not on the phone. Anyone who does is not us.
- Our bank details only ever arrive in the same WhatsApp thread you booked in, from +971 52 157 6197. If account details reach you from a different number, stop and call us on that number before sending anything.
- Check the car and the driver against the details we sent you before you hand over cash.
- We do not take deposits to “hold” a seat. If someone asks you for one in our name, it is not us.
Card and transfer payments run through your own bank and its security — we never see or store your card number, because we never handle the card ourselves.
If something goes wrong
Message us on the thread you booked in and we will sort it out. Overcharges are refunded. If a payment fails or a transfer does not arrive, tell us — we would rather rearrange it than have you stranded. What happens to your money if a ride is cancelled is set out in the refund policy.
Still not sure?
Ask us before you book rather than after. We answer on WhatsApp at any hour, and we would rather explain something twice than have you find out afterwards.
